Emotion, whether anger or another emotion, is just an emotion and we have to make a choice how we process it and choose NOT to act angry. Anger does not equate VIOLENCE. People can use anger to change what causes them anger in a productive way or destroy. Take charge of your anger and harness the power to help you and not harm you or others.
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy is highly recommended for emotional regulation.
